Rainy-Day Rumbles: Life, Love, and Guide-Dog Shenanigans

Good lazy , cloudy ,chilly afternoon,
This is the time I catch up with my writing , reading, bake a cake and take cozy nap with Shawn.
Porsha and corvette (our guide dogs) decide it’s time for a wild chase. So, they start chasing
each other through the house super fast. We just get out of the way., At this time we conclude
they really think they are race cars. They slow down to play tug-a-war. We can hear the click,
click of their nails on the hard wood floor. It is a happy sound that makes our heart fill with love,
and it makes us feel good to hear them having fun and reassuring is that we are good handlers.
Next, they pull out every toy in their basket and start throwing all the Nyla bones and balls at us.
Shawn and I decide to forget about the nap or any thing else we would do, since they both have
jumped on our bed and decided to stare and lick our faces .Well, since its still raining, we
decided to harness them up and surprise them with a run in the rain to the end of the block and
back. They were shock about this activity and when we return the used all their strength and
pulled us into the gate to our house. Off went the harnesses, they jumped in their beds and left us
alone.
Now we want to hear about your rainy or snowy days.
Below is my where abouts, find me. Also the picture is Sierra and her puppy Chloe that she is
raising for GDB. Not only is Sierra a puppy raiser of eight dogs. She is also the illustrator of my
last book in my series: Final Adventure with Marly and Aerie .
